Adobe Acrobat Pro Add Watermark

Course Info

I used to add watermarks to pdf's frequently with a previous version of Acrobat. Now I have a new computer with Windows 8 and downloaded Acrobat XI Pro. I tried adding a watermark, and it will not apply it to the document, it simply gives me a box with the message 'Access denied.' If you have an Acrobat question, ask questions and get help from the community. How do I add a watermark in Acrobat XI Pro? Where is the 'Add Watermark and Background' toolset in Acrobat XI? Adobe Acrobat Pro allows you to apply a watermark to a number of pages, specific pages or all pages. To watermark your document, go to the menu page. Click Tools Pages Watermark Add Watermark. If you’re going to apply a text watermark, click Source Text. If you’re going to apply a watermark from an image, click File and choose your image. With Adobe Acrobat Pro, it’s so easy to add such a watermark either to the whole document or only the selected pages of it. You can actually add different watermark to the different pages of the same document. To add a watermark, just choose Edit PDF. And there it is at the top, Watermark. You have three options. To add a watermark, to update an existing one, or to remove an existing watermark.

I'm going to show you how to create and combine PDFs, how to edit them, how to add sticky notes and other markups, and even how to export to other popular formats, such as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint or Excel. I'm Claudia McCue and I've been using Adobe Acrobat for over 20 years. I have watched it grow from a little puppy into a powerhouse.
